Purchasing digital copies of images

NOTE: This section applies only if your website offers digital photos for sale and have NOT prepaid for images at the venue and you wish to buy them now.
To purchase a digital copy of a single image, click on any photo so it appears in large view on the main page. Then, click the Photo Download (Single) button on the right side of the page. That product will be added to your Shopping Cart. If desired, use the forward or back arrows to select additional photos and repeat the process with additional images. 
To purchase your entire collection of images, select the ‘Purchase your entire digital photo collection’ from the main thumbnail page, then select ‘Add To Cart’. The order will be placed in your shopping cart. 
Once you purchase a photo download, you may download your photos as many times as you wish. You will continue to have access to your digital copies until they expire per our standard storage policy.

Purchasing photo prints and photo gift products

If your site offers photo prints and photo gift products:
To place an order for a photo print, click on the photo so it appears in large view on the main page. Choose a print size by clicking the button beside the product title.
Adjust the crop by zooming in or out as shown on the page. When done, click the Add to Cart button. 
To order a photo gift product, click on any photo so it appears in large view on the main page.  The list of gift products appears in the bottom right corner of the page. You may navigate by clicking the arrows. You may also click the Shop All Products button to see the complete list of available products.
Click on a product and then follow the workflow by selecting ‘Create Yours’ to select an image. Once you select an image, and select ‘Continue’, you may edit the photo to reposition the image. Be sure to review your product design before clicking the Add to Cart button, as the image will print exactly as it appears on your screen. 
If desired, repeat the process with additional products. When done, go to the Shopping Cart page to complete your transaction.

What are my shipping options?

Shipping options are set to Standard (up to 14 days) and Express (1-2 days after manufacture). Depending on the country of destination, one or both options will be available. 
When you access your Shopping Cart and check out, select your preferred delivery method.  

What is your return policy?

Purchases of digital downloads are not refundable.

If you are not satisfied, with the purchase of your photo print or photo product simply return it within 30 days of purchase.  We will either reprint the original print or photo product at no cost to you or refund the original purchase price. Please use this return form to send orders back for either refund or reprint: RETURN FORM.  

NOTE: Reprint requests of photo prints and photo gift products can only be accepted for the same image and product as the original order.

How to position a photo within the designated space when ordering a gift product?

If your site offers photo prints and photo gift products:

You edit the position of the photo by left clicking and dragging if using a mouse.  You may also zoom in / out by moving the zoom slider.
When editing a Gift Product’s photo, edit the image composition to your liking BEFORE clicking the “Add to Cart” button.
When done, click the “Continue” or “Add to Cart” button. 
NOTE: The photo gift product will print as it appears in the thumbnail image on the Shopping Cart page. If you wish to edit the image again, click the Edit button for that product to re-edit the image.

What is the status or expected delivery timeframe of my order?

When your order is completed and shipped, an email is sent to your email address which includes estimated arrival date, order, and shipping details.
You may also check for information related to an order online. Log into your account using your email address and password. Select ‘Account’ then select the ‘Orders’ icon and click on your order. An order information screen will appear.
Orders may take up to 14 days to be received. If you believe that you should have received your order already, then click the "Help" link at the bottom of any page and then click the “Contact Us” icon. Fill out our Customer Support Form and be sure to include your order number.
Please note: If your order contains both prints and gift products, we may ship the items separately.   You will receive separate email notifications as multi-ship orders are completed and shipped.

Delivery issue (damaged in transit)

If your product was damaged during shipping, click the "Help" link at the bottom of any page and then click the Contact Us icon. When filling out the online form, be sure to attach a photo of the product displaying the damage. We can then resubmit your order or take other actions to assist you.
