Share Photos

Sharing is a way to send your online photos to friends and family anywhere in the world - as long as they have internet access. Your friends and family access the photos you want to share by clicking a special link that you send them in an email invitation with a link to the slideshow. They can view your photos and order prints.

To Share Photos:
  1. Click the "Share this Album" link from the My Photos screen.
  2. Enter the email addresses of one or more friends and family in the "To" field. Separate each address with a comma or a semi-colon.
  3. Enter your own text in the "Subject" field.
  4. Enter your personal message in the "Message" field.
  5. When you are ready, click "Send Email" to share your photos
When your email invitation has been sent, you will see a confirmation message and will receive a copy of the email.

Your friends and family will not be required to sign in to view your shared photos. If they want to order any of these photos, they will be required to join.

The site offers the capability to add and adjust borders, color effects, image adjustments, and rotate & crop your professionally taken photos. After completing the selected enhancement option(s), you select Done to save the change. If the enhancement is not what you want, you would select Start Over. If you want the original photo without any edited changes, you may choose Undo.

Crop Photos

The Crop feature allows you to remove unwanted parts of your photo. The crop box is a rectangle that is displayed over a photo on the Crop window. You may resize, move and rotate the crop box to achieve a different composition. The area of a photo outside of the crop box is not displayed in the rest of the web site or printed in any of the photos you order.

Please note that cropping does not permanently alter your photos. The full, original photo is always displayed on the Crop Your Photos page, and you may reset the crop on a photo at any time to show the entire photo.

Resizing and positioning the Crop Box
  1. Choose a pre-defined or free form shape for crop box. You can refine the crop by clicking on corner of box and drag to a new position.
  2. Choose orientation of crop box to change from landscape to portrait
  3. If you need to move the crop box, place the cursor in the middle of the crop box. The cursor changes to a 4-pointed arrow that indicates the crop box may be moved in any direction
  4. Click & hold down the left mouse button while moving the mouse to drag the crop box. The crop box must stay within the photo.
  5. To save crop, click on Apply Crop
