Products and Prices

A variety of prints and photo products are available for purchase. For a complete listing of products, select the Choose a Product located under the photos in your account. Pricing starts at what is listed when you choose a product.  Final pricing will vary depending on use of professional or customer uploaded photo.  Photo Download pricing, when available, is based on the number of original images in your account. This download will include any photos that were enhanced by cropping and adding borders.

Shipping

We offer three levels of shipping.

For Standard or International Shipping, your order will be delivered by First Class Mail or Air Mail with an expected delivery time of 3 - 7 days, maximum of 14 business days (Business Days are considered Monday - Friday) from the time the order is shipped.

For Express Shipping, your order will be delivered by UPS with an expected delivery time of 2 Business days, after the order is completed.

We may ship a portion of your order first to serve you more quickly. The rest of your order will follow as soon as the remaining items become available.

Note: Addresses with PO Boxes in the US require the selection of Standard Shipping.

Shipping Information

Photo products ship separately from print orders and require more time to produce.

For Standard US Shipping, your order will be delivered by First Class or Priority Mail with an expected delivery time of 3 – 7 days, maximum of 14 business days from the time the order is shipped. Note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped at different times.

For Express Shipping, you will receive the order in 1-2 business days - with an expected delivery time of an additional 1-2 days depending on where you are located and the time the order is shipped. We are not responsible for express delivery delays due to weather.

For International Shipping, your order will be delivered by First Class Mail or Airmail with an expected delivery time of 7 – 14 days, maximum of 21 business days from the time the order is shipped. Note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped at different times. NOTE: International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes or other customs fees upon delivery. The recipient is responsible for paying any such fees. All international shipments include customs forms that list the value of the order’s contents.

Military Bases and U.S. Protectorates

If your order is being shipped to APO, FPO or other armed services addresses, Guam, American Samoa, or other U.S. Protectorates, please choose Standard Shipping. We do not currently offer Express Shipping to Military Base or U.S. Protectorate addresses. Standard Shipping will be used.

For U.S. Protectorates, select ‘United States’ as the Country and then select the U.S. Protectorate from the State pull down. The list of U.S. Protectorates follows the U.S. States in the State pull down and includes the following:

American Samoa	AS
Federated States of Micronesia	FM
Guam	GU
Marshall Islands	MH
Northern Mariana Islands	MP
Palau	PW
Puerto Rico	PR
Virgin Islands (U.S.)	VI

For APO or FPO addresses, please enter ‘APO’ or ‘FPO’ in the City field of the address form and select the appropriate military base from the State pull down. Be sure to select 'United States' in the Country field.

The list of Military Bases follows the list of U.S, States in the State pull down and includes the following:

Armed Forces - Europe	AE
Armed Forces - Pacific	AP
Armed Forces - Americas	AA

The ‘Armed Forces – Europe’ includes Africa, Canada, and the Middle East.

Please note that packages over 16 ounces sent to military addresses may take longer to deliver due to USPS restrictions.
