Help - Placing an Order

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards for payment. Debit cards which carry the Visa or MasterCard logo and do not require a PIN number are also accepted.

If you do not have a credit card, we suggest visiting Visa, Mastercard or American Express websites for information on how to purchase a Gift Card at a financial institution in your area. A prepaid card could be used like a debit card to make a purchase at the website.

Order Placement and Billing

Credit Cards are billed immediately upon submission of order.

Promotions

Promotions are occasionally offered through select marketing programs. If you have a coupon code, see the offer description you received with the code for more information on the specific promotion.

A coupon code can be entered at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. Enter the coupon code then click on the "Apply" button to apply the promotion to your order.

Only one promotion code can be used per order. A promotion code must be entered prior to submitting the order to be applied. Promotion codes cannot be applied once an order is submitted. We are not responsible for lost or missing promotion codes. Promotions and special offers are only valid for purchases made on the online site and are not applicable for purchases made at any of our merchandise location.

Secure Online Transacations

When you place an online order, we use a secure server. When your browser communicates with a secure server, all information is encrypted, keeping it private. To use this server, your Web browser must support Secure Socket Layers (SSL).
